System administrators grant access to the Settings tab for each using Manager Permissions. To access the UTA Settings for a particular UTA, first navigate to that UTA. You will then see the Configuration Settings button, signified by the gear icon.

Clicking on the Configuration Settings button brings up the configuration pages for the UTA. The Settings pages consist of several separate tabs:

On-Demand Settings Tabs
- Level 2 Activity Entity tab - This tab becomes available when "Enable Tracking Activity" is selected on the General Settings tab.
- Level 3 Sub-Activity Entity tab - This tab becomes available when "Enable Tracking Sub-Activity" is selected on the General Settings tab.
- Invoice tab - This tab becomes available when "Enable Invoicing" or "Enable Professional Services" is selected on the General Settings tab.
- Time and Expense Tab - This tab becomes available when "Enable Professional Services" is selected on the General Settings tab.
