* Link [[Custom Field Type (33): Link – Single File|Single]] and [[Custom Field Type: Link – Multiple Files|Multiple]] File Type fields - used to store documents in the related [[Entity|entity].
Documents are always connected to some “higher level” [[Entity|entity]] such as a [[Universal Tracking Application]] [[Entity|entity]], organizational or contact type records. The characteristics of these document fields are as follows:
This field type support the following attributes:

* Version control.
* Special Permission required deleting file.
