Using Roles

Roles control other important aspects of SmartSimple and, in the context of Applicant Tracking, provide the ability to:

• Locate all the people of a specific group for activities such as email broadcasting. You can use this feature to broadcast to all your applicants.
• Create custom fields for the role. You will use this feature to gather different types of information for different applicant types – internal and external.
