Steps to Initiate an HCAI Subscription

In order to use the SmartSimple – HCAI gateway three sets of activities are required:

• Client organisation Registration with HCAI.
• Client/SmartSimple configuration for access to the HCAI gateway within a specific PMS system.
• SmartSimple staff changes required on the HCAI Gateway to support the client instance.
