=Next Upgrade: April May 6th and 13th 2010=The next upgrade cycle will be in April commence on the 06 May, 2010 (date TBC).
The following server will be upgraded on the Thursday of the Upgrade 06 May, 2010 at 10pm EST:

The [[Backup Server and Testing Instances|backup server]] (*.smartsimplebk.biz) will be upgraded on the previous Tuesday May 4th for testing.
The following servers will be upgraded on the following Thursday 13 May, 2010 at 10pm EST.

The associated [[Backup Server and Testing Instances|backup servers]] will be upgraded on the previous Tuesday May 11th for testing.
If your organization has a dedicated [[SmartSimple]] server or you host in-house the support team will be in contact with your system administrator '''after the above upgrade cycle has completed ''' May 17th to schedule the upgrade of your server.
