The contacts available to be selected in the {{l1}} Owner [[Standard Level 1 Field List|standard field]] can be restricted to those belonging to the [[branch]] (and its sub-organizations) selected in the Branch standard field at Level 1.
This is enabled on the [[UTA Settings - Settings|main UTA Settings Page]] in the [[Creating a Universal Tracking Application|Level 1 Settings]] section.
