Creating User Roles

Role Permissions
You control which other [[Role|roles]] a [[User|user]] has permission to access, by associating a [[Role|role]] with other roles.
* For example, someone in a sales role may be able to create a customer (and associate the customer [[Role|role]]), but not another sales person.
* In this instance, if you wished for people in the employee Employee [[Role|role]] to give other contacts the employee [[Role|role]]; you would click the check box next to the employeeEmployee role.
* Typically, System Administrators are given rights to set all roles.
