When this feature is enabled and configured, an Export button will be visible at the top of the [[list view]]and checkboxes will exist against each record:

If the "Export" button is clicked, without the checkboxes being selected against any records, then the user will be presented with an alert and will be unable top proceed.</br>

When the "Export" button is clicked, the user will be presented with a dropdown from which they will choose a [[Custom Field Type: Special - MS Word Merge|Word Merge field]].<br>
