Changes

Enhancement to be able to * [[System Administrator]]s can now schedule reports to be run and periodically (daily, weekly, monthly). * Scheduled reports can be configured to store custom field values to objects (i.e. companies/contacts) to perform [[organization]] and [[contact]] records, allowing for the periodic aggregation of data (aggregating data to user portals...etc.).* Typical use cases might include:The idea is to configure :* On a report to run dailymonthly basis, automatically storing the total number of reviews that have been performed by a given user on their contact [[profile]].:* On a weeklybasis, monthlyautomatically updating a user's profile to indicate whether or not timesheets have been filled out in SmartSimple...etc. (which the system will do :* On a daily basis, automatically at updating on a specified time during the night) and then store the aggregate value to company's [[profile]] a custom field at summation of the company/user leveltotal number of grants for which contacts of that organization has applied.
