New Features

Since our first user group meeting we have been busy sifting through all the suggestions and have turned many of these suggestions into system enhancements.

  • Email - improvements in the user interface, improved performance and better handling of attachments.
  • Discussions - you can attach a workflow to a discussion group to alert people when a new post is added.
  • Administration Features - full control over all colour elements of the system, including setting colours for status codes in applications, and the ability to set an expiry date for user access.
  • Pin Board - upload images from your local computer to a pin board message, plus the ability to email or quick message the person who posted a message.
  • Autoloader - automated transfer of data from other systems such as your accounting system into SmartSimple.

Application Specific

  • Sales Tracking - you can now transfer notes and custom field values from a lead to an account.
  • Medical Referral Management - quick assessments feature to speed up the referral intake process.
  • All Tracking Applications - attach workflows to events.


Our Toronto classroom is fully operational and courses are scheduled between now and October, 2008.
