New Features
- Assignments tab added to Applicant Tracking. Global view of all applicant assignments including preview pane to change status, check history or create new activities.
- Template builder now added to email functionality. Create private and public templates that can be used when sending emails from SmartSimple. A great way to save time when sending pre-formatted emails.
- Preview Pane can now be minimized when searching applicants in Applicant Tracking. Just click the hide preview pane button.
- Global Address book now available in emails. Lookup buttons added to the To:, CC: and BCC: fields when sending email to allow you to pull email addresses from your SmartSimple database.
- Multi-role signup pages. You can now assign more than one role when people register on a web-enabled signup page.
- Updates to Outlook Sync tool to allow synchronization with the Outlook default calendar.
- New functionality added to activities to allow for monthly recurring events.
- NEW APPLICATION! - we have introduced a new application to the SmartSimple lineup - Job Costing.
Training
Our Toronto classroom is fully operational and courses are scheduled between now and October, 2008.
