Documents Produced by the Practice Management System

Documents to both claimant and other parties are automatically produced by SmartSimple PMS.

Documents can be produced at either the referral or assessment level.

  • If the document refers to multiple assessments then you will find the documents at the referral level under the tab – OCF Forms & Letters.
  • If the document refers to a single assessment then you will find the documents at the assessment level under the tab – Assessment Documents.
  • Once you create a document it will be stored at the referral level (regardless of the level it was produced) in the field Saved Letters and OCF Forms.
  • The only exception is invoices that you send to the referral source – these documents are stored in the field Vendor Invoicing.
