Database and File Storage Status

This section of the Global Settings page is available form the System tab.

There is a link to the "Storage Summary" page, which displays the current number of:

• Branches (internal),
• Accounts (external),
• Users (internal) and Contacts (external),
• Tracking Application records,
• transaction records; and
• deleted records

in this instance of SmartSimple.

The "Total Storage Size" used by the instance will refresh when the Calculate Total Storage button is clicked.

A display of the current Spool Folder ID is also displayed on this page.
