UTA-Specific Manager Permissions

The following permissions are specific to a single Universal Tracking Application™. There will be a separate listing of the permissions below for each UTA in your copy of SmartSimple under the UTA Permissions tab.

  • Attribute Transactions to UTA Level 1 - Grants permission to attribute transactions to UTA Level 1s.
  • [Name of UTA] - Grants access to the Settings tab in designated Universal Tracking Application.
  • [Name of UTA] - View Activity Only - Restricts designated roles to only be able to view Level 2 objects.
  • [Name of UTA] - Overide Template Restriction - Allows designated roles to override the "Restricted to" setting on Level 1 Templates.
  • [Name of UTA] - View Reader Log History - Allows designated roles to view the Reader Log on UTA records.
  • [Name of UTA] - View Field History - Allows designated roles to view the Field History on fields where it has been activated.
  • [Name of UTA] - Show Batch Update - Allows designated roles to perform Batch Updates on UTA records.
  • [Name of UTA] - Assign By Role (Level 1 to Level 2) - Allows designated roles to use the Assign By Role feature from Level 1 to Level 2 records.
  • [Name of UTA] - Assign By Role (Level 1 to Level 3) - Allows designated roles to use the Assign By Role feature from Level 1 to Level 3 records.
  • [Name of UTA] - Assign By Role (Level 2 to Level 3) - Allows designated roles to use the Assign By Role feature from Level 2 to Level 3 records.
  • [Name of UTA] - Workflow History - Makes the Workflow History tab visible for specified roles.
  • [Name of UTA] - Level 3 Activity List Batch Update - See Level 3 Activity List Batch Update page for information.
  • [Name of UTA] - Hide Data Exchange - Grants access to the Export Claim and Export Notes tabs, allowing the user to share UTA information between multiple instances using the Data Exchange functionality.
