* Link [[Custom Field Type (33): Link – Single File|Single]] and [[Custom Field Type (80): Link – Multiple Files|Multiple]] File Type fields - used to store documents in the related [[Entity|entity].
Documents are always connected to some “higher level” [[Entity|entity]] such as a [[Universal Tracking Application]] [[Entity|entity]], organizational or contact type records. The characteristics of these document fields are as follows:
* Converted to PDF.
* [[Password]] Protected.
* Printed and Save Saved locally.
* Attached to emails and [[Workflow|workflow]] steps.
* Saved into [[Custom Field Type (80): Link – Multiple Files|Multiple File]] fields.
* The documents to be stored can be dynamically created from [[Web Page View Field]]s.
* Uploaded into the field.
* Uploaded using the [[SmartSimple ]] [[API]].
