When using Advanced Logic or Visibility Condition for standard fields, you may wish to restrict based on the Status of the associated record.

The syntax of the conditional statements refers to the statusid, which is the system's numerical value associated with each Status.


In order to determine the statusid:

  • Go to the list of Statuses on the Settings page.
  • Click on the Status for the Status ID you want, the Status ID will be located on the top of the page:

Alternatively:

  • Right-click on the link for the relevant status and select Properties
  • At the end of the address displayed it will list the statusid for that Status:

  • you may have to click into the address and hit the End button on your keyboard to see the statusid portion of the address.
  • Note: Firefox has removed the Properties link in newer versions of their browser. Instead select Copy Link Location, and then paste the text into either MS Word or Notepad to view the link.
