Enhanced Custom Field Instructions Display

Overview
Custom Fields with the Hide Caption option enabled will display the text contained in the Instructions field. This enables users to display instructions above an input without including a caption. This is achieved by simply selecting the Hide Caption radio button and entering text into the Instructions field.
How to Implement this Feature
1. Go to the desired UTA, click on the Configuration Settings icon
2. Select the relevant Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 tab
3. Click on the Custom Fields hyperlink
The Custom Fields list is displayed.
4. Edit the desired (or create a new) Custom Field
5. Add a checkmark to the Hide Caption option in the Caption Location field
6. Add instructions text into the Instructions field
7. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen
The Hide Caption option will hide the caption from being displayed, however text in the Instructions field will now be displayed above the input as of the January 2016 upgrade.
