Template

The definition of an entity within an application used to create an instance of that entity.

• Sales Tracking Opportunity templates are used to create and manage different types of opportunities.
• In the UTA, templates are used to create and manage different types of objects to be tracked. Templates are usually associated with custom fields, statuses and workflows.
