Changes

* Track Changes on [[Standard Fields ]] only records once the data has been changed. It does not create an entry for the values value stored the first time the record is saved. When the data is change subsequently changed the original value will b be listed as the “Old Value”. The date the original value was set will always be the record creation date/time.* On [[Custom Fields]] Track Changes records the first data entryas well as each subsequent change.
