There are four types of interfaces available within SmartSimple:
* An administrator’s interface for ''power users''
* A simplified icon or text driven [[portal]] interface
* A [[User Centric Interface]].
* an [[Applicant Interface]] only used in conjunction with the [[Applicant Tracking System]].
The interface type is determined by the user’s role.
