→What Happens Every Time a User Logs In?
As you log into the system check the following settings:
* If the [[Password|password]] fails then the system stores the [[Username|username]] and number of attemps. If the number of attempts exceeds [[Login & Security Settings|password policyPassword Policy]] settings, the [[User|user]] account is locked and an email is sent to the [[System Administrator|system administrator]].
* If there is an IP restriction it is verified that the [[User|user's]] IP address is appropriate.
* If there is a workstation restriction it is verified that the [[User|user's]] workstation is appropriate.
