Changes

* The UTA Level 1 standard field '''Owner''' is used to establish a '''direct relationship''' between a single [[Internal|internal]] contact and the Level 1 recordentity.

* When a new Level 1 record is created , the '''Owner''' will be set to the current user by default, but can then be changed to any [[Internal|internal]] contact.
