Create an Activity from the Change Status Screen

Recruitment activities, such as phone calls and interviews, can now be created at the same time as changing the applicants status on the job.

1. Click the '''Change Status''' button.

2. Change the status of the applicant and click '''Save'''.

3. Click the '''New Activity''' button.

4. Enter the appropriate subject, date, event type and status, and any reminder or follow-up.

5. Click '''Save'''.

The activity is now visible on the '''Activities''' tab on the assignment, on the '''Applicant Tracking Activities''' tab and on the [[User|user]]'s calendar.
