* Updated the notes functionality to support disabling replies (threads), tagging, and storing note content as plain text instead of HTML. The new toggle setting is located under Global Settings > System tab

* Fixed an issue where MP4 file uploads to SmartFolders and Upload fields were being blocked when the system detected the format as "video/quicktime" instead of the expected "video/mp4".
