Changes

Added the mapping option "Exclude Contributor Import" for a field to use as a flag for the contributor import to ensure only control which contacts that contribute to the application would will be imported as contributors of the fund/work record to ORCID. The flag is an "exclude" flag, where 1 indicates exclusion and 0 (or , empty , any other number, or no mapping not selected) indicates will indicate inclusion. If a value other than (if not 1 or 0 is entered, it the contact will be treated as "will import"imported).
