* New Scheduler will take into account missed runs ON THE SAME DAY (If ''Next Scheduled Run'' is available). i.e. CASE#1: If the ''Next Scheduled Run'' date for the Autoloader is 2021-08-29 11:00 AM, but Autoloader or Gort was stuck at this time and service resumes at 2021-08-29 14:15, then ''Scheduler'' will process the ''Next Scheduled Run'' date = 2021-08-29 11:00 AM. CASE#2: If the ''Next Scheduled Run'' date for the Autoloader is 2021-08-29 11:00 AM, but Autoloader or Gort was stuck at this time and service resumes at 2021-08-30 09:00 AM, the missed process will not run.
* After each run, system will calculate the ''Next Scheduled Run'' for the process.
