Added a new option to disable file serving for any uploaded files throughout the system including '''SmartFolders'''. If the setting '''Disable Option to Serve Uploaded Files''' is toggled ON and if an uploaded file is referenced via the link, it will force the file to download instead of opening it in the browser.
