In case a record set of a report needs to be stamped on a regular basis, feature it is possible with the '''Scheduled Export''' to save the exported file to a SmartFolder, or transfer it via SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) to another server.
=Configuration=
On the Edit Report page, go to the File Export tab.
In the Scheduled Export the following needs to be set
==Export to SmartFolder==
* '''Frequency''' - How often should the report be exported.
Options:
** Disabled -
* '''Export to''' - Select SmartFolder in order to save the file there.
* '''SmartFolder''' - Look up the SmartFolder, where you would like the files to be saved.
* '''Start Date''' - The file export will start from this date.
* '''Time of Export''' - The file export will happen at this hour and minute.
* '''Last Exported''' - Indicates when this report export ran last.
==Export via SFTP
* '''Frequency''' - How often should the report be exported.

* '''URL''' - Enter the URL of the remote server.
