This feature is vital for [[Workflow|workflows]] that require [[User|user]] interventions, but is not required for [[Workflow|workflows]] that are used to simply send an instant message or email message to one or more [[User|users]].
When the [[Workflow|workflow]] is used to send a message or an email, the window is displayed for a moment and then automatically closed by the system.
If the [[User]] has a pop-up stopper enabled within their [[Browser|browser]], the '''Workflow Window''' will be suppressed and the [[Workflow]] will not trigger.
