As well as being able to assign statuses to grant applicants and claimants, statuses can also be assigned to all contacts and organizations within your system. This gives you the option to track your relationships with anyone and everyone you interact with internally and externally.

For example, you may have an organization’s status as registered but not yet verified.Once their status is verified, enter that information and both the status and record will be updated at the same time. You can create as many status options as you need; they can be modified and updated in your Global Settings as well as in an individual organization or applicant record.
