# On the left navigation bar, under [[Configuration Menu|Configuration]], click on [[Roles and Permissions]].
# Under the Manager Permissions header, click on [[Manager Permissions - System Permissions|System Permissions]].
# Click on the "Contacts – Allow Outlook Synchronization of All" permission.
