Exchange History page tracks all incoming and outgoing exchanges including the exchange status of a Claim ([[Level 1 Entity]]) and/or Assessment([[Level 2 Entity]]).
==Exchange History tab location==
Exchange History is available on:
* [[Level 1 Entity]] (also termed as “Case”, “Claim” or “Referral”).
The Exchange History tab on each individual Level 1 Entity shows the entire history of when that Claim including Assessments(if any) was exchanged.
