* When you add contacts that you wish to access SmartSimple, you can choose to send each person an e-mail containing their username, password, and the URL (link) to access your instance of SmartSimple.
* As part of the contact setup process, you assign contacts "roles"; these [[roles]] define their access to specific system resources such as the [[interfaces|interface]] they see, the [[application]]s they can access, the [[fields]] they can see within each application and the [[reports]] they can run.
