The Global Administrator {{GUA}} is a [[User]] who controls the entire [[Organisation Hierarchy|organisation hierarchy]] within the copy of [[SmartSimple]] and is able to:
* Create additional [[User|users]] at any level – including additional Global User Administrators{{GUA}s.
* Create new sub-organisations.
* Subscribe organisations to SmartSimple [[Application|application]] programs.
