Until recently, Generally only contact owners were are able to synchronize contacts using outlook. However, a new manager permission now Manager Permission allows [[User|users]] to synchronize with contacts even they are not the owner. If this manager permission is enabled, a new section on the user system setting page is available for use to choose which [[Role|roles]] they wish to synchronize.
