Moving Applicants between Folders

You will often need to move applicants between folders. For instance, you may review an incoming applicant and determine that you should “move” them into a general applicant folder. Alternatively, you may need to move an active applicant to an inactive applicant folder where they will have less visibility.

1. Click the Applicant tab.

2. Click on the first applicant’s name to display their details.

3. Click the Edit Applicant tab.

4. Click the Move Applicant tab.

5. Select the Qualified Applicant folder.

6. Click the Submit button.

The applicant is copied to the qualified applicant folder and their details are available to anyone with access to either folder.

You can now remove the applicant from the Incoming Applicant folder.

7. Click the Remove action option.

8. Click the Submit button.

The applicant now can only be accessed from the qualified applicant’s folder.

9. Click Applicant Folders tab.

10. Click the Qualified Applicants folder.
