Importing Organisation and Account Information

• If you select the root organisation before importing user or account information, you will have the option of importing either internal or external organisations or users.
• If you select an internal organisation before importing user or account information, you will only have the option of importing internal organisations or users.
• If you select an external organisation before importing user or account information, you will only have the option of importing external organisations or users.
