Use Workflows to further automate and streamline your business processes. Workflows are like triggering a set of dominos; once the first activity is triggered, every other task associated with that activity is queued and ready to go in whatever order you’ve determined.

Example, let’s say someone new registers with your organization. The Workflow for new registrants would automatically trigger an email that would let that person know their registration was successful and supply them with a password to access your system. This automated process eliminates the need for manual involvement, which not only means a more immediate response to any action, but also eliminates errors in missing activities or duplicating efforts by your internal team.
