Schedule recurring meetings quickly and easily in SmartSimple. Regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly events can be created, resources assigned and information such as dial-in codes noted for everyone in attendance.
Users can quickly and easily add a new attendee, change a meeting location, update a dial-in number or change the time of any recurring meeting in any SmartSimple calendar. This eliminates the need to completely recreate the recurring event any time some detail changes during a recurring event cycle. Simple Simply select the recurring event, update the information and save.
