Sending an OCF-21B to HCAI - Overview

Once you have configured the system to communicate with the SmartSimple HCAI gateway you can send OCF-21B and other forms to HCAI whenever you need without leaving SmartSimple.
Each HCAI enabled form will display an HCAI submission button. Clicking the button will let you send the form for the first time, and let you review the status of previous submissions OF THAT form.
The OCF-21B form is a field associated at the assessment level of a case/referral.
