There are two things you should know before importing contacts into [[SmartSimple]].
1. [[User|Users]] are [[Internal|internal]] to the organization and can have their own set of [[Custom Field|custom fields]]. Contacts are [[External|external]] to the organization and can also have their own set of [[Custom Field|custom fields]].
