Create Level 1 Records in Batch from Provider - Why?

This feature enables you to create Level 1 records from a list of organizations attached to a Level 1 or Level 2 provider. Although there are many possible applications, one use case involves the creation of applications prior to the applying organization logging in, allowing you to make modifications and entering specific requirements or recommendations.
