Q: Why aren't my workflow messages arriving?

A: Some common reasons for workflow messages not arriving are:
  1. Your browser has a pop-up blocker.
  2. Workflows are not enabled.
  3. There is another workflow triggering on the same status.
  4. Your workflow is not configured properly.
Solution to:
  1. Allow SmartSimple as a trusted site or check your browser for any tool bars that may be blocking the pop-ups or set the workflows to suppress pop-ups.
  2. Typically in UTAs, you will need to edit the template and enable workflows for the level at which they are being triggered.
  3. You will need to review the other workflows to make sure that two workflows are not triggering on the same status.
  4. You will need to review the configuration of the workflows to ensure that the connectors are set appropriately as well as the individual tasks that are to take place.
