Activating a Contact's Calendar

If you wish to activate a calendar for a contact that will NOT be logging into the system you must use the following steps:
1. Locate Make sure you are in a role associated with the contact, using '''Search People'''Manager Permission - Job Costing and Resources – Manager.
2. Select the '''Settings''', '''Resource''' [[Menu|menu]]If you are not in a role associated with this permission you will not be able to activate a calendar.
32. The Locate the contact, using '''Resource SettingsSearch People''' window is displayed.
43. Click Select the '''Is Settings''', '''Resource''' check box[[Menu|menu]].
54. Click the The '''SaveResource Settings''' buttonwindow is displayed.
65. Click the '''Initiate CalendarIs Resource''' buttoncheck box.
76. Click the '''Edit CalendarSave''' button.
87. Set Click the '''Initiate Calendar Permissions''' by company or [[Role|role]] as requiredbutton.
8. Click the '''Edit Calendar''' button. 9. Set the '''Calendar Permissions''' by company or [[Role|role]] as required. 10. Click the '''Save''' button.
