NEW FEATURES

Duplicate Checking Feature for Leads, Contacts and Companies

Whenever you create a new company, contact, lead or applicant the system will now check to see if a similar name or address exists. If there are duplicates you can choose to merge these records into a single record - without losing any activities or notes that may be attached.

You can also add NAIC (North American Industry Classification Code) codes, prefix, suffix and extension to leads.

Streamlined Contact Picking

You will find it much easier to locate contacts throughout the system and you can add the contacts as you go!

New Custom Fields

  • Dynamic Field - This field is displayed as a drop down list (combo box) and depending on the value that the user selects, additional fields are displayed.
  • Web Page View Field - This field is displayed as a button, and when clicked, will display an entire web page fully formatted with data added dynamically from the system. This provides a great way to add form letters, government forms and other documents that you need to complete.
  • System Variable Field - This field allows displaying the value of a standard field in a custom field.

Custom Portal Builder

New functionality in the Portal Builder gives you the ability to build your own interface to the system.

Improved Password Security

This new global setting provides for enhanced control of user passwords. You can now set the length and complexity of passwords, the number of retries that the user is allowed and the lockout time for the account if they exceed the number of retries. You can also get an email alert whenever an account is locked.
