Customize SmartFields - Why?

The Customize SmartField feature allows the ability to specify a customized list of Custom-Field-Ids that are a subset of the standard SmartField list. This customized list can be used to create additional Web Page Views, forms, and any variety of PDF documents. With Customized SmartFields, users can create different Web-Page-Views from the standard SmartField list. For example, in addition to a printable PDF of an application, a subset of the SmartField list could create a summary page and a cover letter.
