HCAI Application Settings

This activity can be performed by a SmartSimple system administrator.

1. Enable the HCAI setting within the Universal Tracking Application configured as the PMS system.

2. Map each OCF form field to the Web Page View custom fields.

3. Test the integration by submitting dummy data.

Server Level Setting by SmartSimple Support Staff

This activity can only be performed by SmartSimple support staff.

1. Register the client on the HCAI gateway by accessing the SysAdmin setting on the SmartSimple HCAI gateway.
