Sharing Reports with People - Overview

Currently, the only users that are able to see any reports are users with the Manager permission – reports. If you wish to broaden groups of users to access a report, you need to permission the reports by role. There are two techniques available when you wish to give permission report to roles.

• If you want to give access to multiple reports at the same time to a role – use the Configuration, Roles & Permissions menu menu and set the permission through the Reports link.
• If you want to give access to a single report that you have created to multiple roles – use the Assign Roles tab within the Edit Report window.
