Adding Assessments to Referrals

Assessments or services are the key to referral process.

• You can associate any number of assessments with a single referral, and each assessment can have sub-activities – if your company has configured SmartSimple to handle that level of detail.
• Each assessment type can be restricted to a specific type of evaluator.
• Assessments can be added at any time to the referral. So if you don’t know all the details initially, they can be added later.
• You can add assessments to referrals using two methods:
• One at a time by using the New Assessment tab.
• Multiple assessments at the same time using the Quick Assessments tab.
