SmartSimple PMS has a feature that enables the recording of notes or comments against Referrals, Assessments and Contacts. Different types of Notes can be created to allow for sharing amongst different Roles. The Default Public Note is available to all users with access to the Referral, Assessment or Contact.
Notes are displayed on the right side of the Referral/Assessment/Contact and are date and time stamped as shown in the next image. The Note also shows the name of the person that created the note. Notes are displayed in chronological order with the latest Note at the top.
